From there you can check asset details, order verification and valuation services, check the service history and take asset images. Current location information can be sent using the GPS so you know exactly where your assets are, whenever you need to know. assetaware+™ delivers all of the features and benefits of our assetaware™ service but incorporates our proprietary anti-tamper technology in order to provide lessors with secure asset verification. It’s all about protection.
A bespoke reader can be sent to the asset which then transmits the asset location and any other data you request back to our servers. Our anti-tamper technology ensures that the system cannot be removed from the asset without alerting you the next time the reader is sent.
This is a significant deterrent to leasing frauds such as unauthorised asset disposal and multiple financing, and is generally deployed for higher value assets.
As with our assetaware™ service, the lessor is able to enhance their asset management productivity by instructing the lessee to provide asset information via the QR codes using their own smartphone, however with assetaware+™ the lessor can also request a secure verification using the bespoke reader at any time if required.

At The Asset Works, we are constantly striving to push technological boundaries in order to develop and deliver meaningful new services to the leasing industry. Although there are many asset tracking devices on the market today, none of these offer a secure solution to lessors. This is because existing tracking devices can be removed from one asset and installed onto a different asset without the lessor being aware.
The lessor needs to track an asset's location most in situations where the asset may have been illegally disposed of, and that is when the tracking device is most likely to be moved onto a different asset without lessor knowledge.
assetawarelive™ is currently under development and will offer the world’s first anti-tamper tracking device that will alert the lessor immediately if it is removed from the specified asset. Fully self-contained, with battery life in excess of 7 years, this service will be appropriate for very high value assets.
